Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using this workshop platform at intellicoach.org ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Access and authorization

Access to the Platform is granted on an individual basis by IntelliCoach Pte. Ltd. ("IntelliCoach"). Your access credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other person. IntelliCoach reserves the right to revoke access at any time.

3. Intellectual property

All workshop content, including but not limited to session materials, guides, models, frameworks, recordings, and written materials, is the intellectual property of IntelliCoach or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content from this Platform without prior written consent from IntelliCoach.

4. AI Companion

The AI Companion is provided as a supplementary learning tool. It is designed to help you understand and review course content. Please note:

  • The AI Companion is not a substitute for professional coaching or advice.
  • Responses are generated based on course materials and may not always be accurate or complete.
  • IntelliCoach is not liable for any decisions made based on AI Companion responses.
  • The AI Companion is in test status and subject to changes or discontinuation.

5. Confidentiality

All workshop content, session recordings, transcripts, and materials accessed through this Platform are confidential. You agree not to share, publish, or distribute any content from the Platform, including outputs from the AI Companion, with anyone outside the authorized workshop group.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose: accessing and reviewing workshop content related to your enrolled program. Any misuse, including attempts to extract or redistribute content, may result in immediate revocation of access.

7. Access duration

Your access to the Platform and its content, including the AI Companion, is maintained for the duration of the workshop program plus three months. After this period, access may be terminated without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

IntelliCoach provides this Platform and its content on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content. IntelliCoach shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this Platform.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
