1. Who we are

IntelliCoach Pte. Ltd. ("IntelliCoach", "we", "us") operates this workshop platform at intellicoach.org. Our registered address is 7 Temasek Boulevard #12-07, Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987.

2. What data we collect

When you use this platform, we collect:

  • Email address provided during login, used to manage your access to workshop content.
  • Session data (browser cookies) to keep you signed in during your visit.
  • Engagement events, linked to your email: the timestamp of each login, which workshop tab you open, and which downloadable resources (such as session PDFs) you click.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal data through this platform.

3. How we use your data

Your email address is used solely to:

  • Authenticate your access to workshop materials
  • Send you notifications about your access status (approval or updates)
  • Communicate with you about the workshop program

Engagement events are used only to understand which materials are helpful, so we can improve future sessions. They are stored on the same server as the course content, are not shared with third parties, and are not used for advertising or profiling.

4. AI Companion

The AI Companion feature is provided through FuseBase (Nimbus), a third-party platform. When you interact with the AI Companion:

  • Your questions and chat content are processed by FuseBase to provide the AI Companion
  • FuseBase states that chat data is not used to train general AI models
  • FuseBase publishes GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 trust and compliance information
  • No personal data from your workshop account is shared with the AI Companion by this platform

Chat content may be processed or reviewed by FuseBase and its service providers where needed to provide the service, support users, troubleshoot issues, monitor abuse, enforce service rules, or comply with law. Please avoid entering sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information into the AI Companion.

5. Data retention

Your email address and access records are retained for the duration of the workshop program plus three months. After this period, your data is deleted from our systems.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share only what is required to operate this platform, including email delivery and AI Companion processing when you choose to use that feature, or when required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@intellicoach.com.
